Exchange if any, needs to be done within 3 working days of receiving the products.
All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any condition other than that originally sent will not be eligible for exchange.
*Please note items bought during the Sale period cannot be returned or exchanged.
Tribe makes customized eyewear for every customer and because of this we only accept returns of goods and no refunds. (Only if we are not able to get the fit right after 2 alterations or the product is damaged/ defective).

As we get your request for exchange our team will get in touch with you and collect the product within 48 working hours.
International exchanges/returns will not be processed.
The item should be returned in its original packing. We recommend using reliable courier services to ease the tracking of orders. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the good(s) during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result in billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage. The exchange will be closed within 20 working days from the day we receive the item(s) to be exchanged from the customer.
Please note we don’t have a cash refund policy.
