Terms & Conditions:

A) General

  1. The Tribe holds the right to decline orders from any customer at any time.
  2. We don’t promise the sale of merchandise on the site until checking the availability internally.
  3. We don’t charge customers for products that cannot be delivered to your doorstep.
  4. By agreeing to the term, you accept and understand the alteration of verbal or written agreements concerning the products and services.
  5. You cannot change the terms concerning any discussion made with our salespersons, agents, or representatives as they do not have the authority to change, add or remove any of these Terms.
  6. You agree that all of the information and details you have provided (including contact and payment details) are up-to-date and accurate by accepting the terms provided.

B) Description of Services and Merchandise

1) We ensure to give you the closest accuracy on information and description of the products on our site. Although, there might be minor changes in the items sold in terms of their specification and description due to changes made by the manufacturers. 

2) The graphical representation of the items on the site are only for sale purpose and may not match the goods exactly.

3) We believe in cent percent accurate customer details to be given to us. Any incorrect information filled by the customer will not be our responsibility.

 

C)Delivery

  1. We don’t take any charge of the packages lost during the time of transit.
  2. We dispatch the products to the mentioned address only after we receive the full payment.
  3. We ensure to deliver all the orders at the earliest unless in any case of emergency and weather conditions. We provide customers with an estimated shipping date at the time of checkout; however, they are not guaranteed.
  4. We may charge you an additional fee to cover any reasonable additional direct costs incurred by us if, for any reason at all (not due to the Company’s fault), you do not accept delivery of any of the goods following this paragraph (including additional insurance, delivery, storage or similar charges).
  5. We don’t take any charge for any sense of deferment caused by our providers.

 

D)Inspection of Goods

1) We suggest that the customer should carefully inspect the items delivered and contact us immediately in case of any damage or inappropriate delivery of goods. We won’t encourage you in using the damaged products

2) It’s the customer’s responsibility if the goods are damaged once they receive the order

3)Unless the loss or damage is caused by our negligence, the Customer will be held liable for any loss or damage inflicted on the merchandise from the time of the delivery.

4) The Customer will not be refunded by the Company for any return of goods.

 

E) Price and Payment 

1) We do not charge any extra fees for delivery

2) On ordering the products from Tribe; customers will pay a specified price. For payment purposes, the following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

3) It’s the credit card issuer’s responsibility to authorize the payment. We don’t take up the charge for non-delivery of ordered goods if authorization is declined.

 

F) Resale of Goods

 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the goods, or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

 

G) Recording of Telephone Calls

You abide by the condition that we can record all phone calls that we receive, for our future data if required.

 

H) Return of Goods

If the items sold are damaged under the customer’s possession, we will not accept them in return for a refund of payment or exchange.

 

I) Liability and Warranty

  1. We don’t take any charge for the damage to goods caused because of their usage 
  2. We don’t abide by the fact of the information or material provided. Kindly note that there’s no assurance that the facts are completely checked and updated.
  3. If any of our customers, experience any business interruption neither the Company nor its employees, agents, or subcontractors be held liable.

 

J) Transfer of Contract

1) This contract only applies to you and is not subject to transfer to any other person.

2) We may include a third person in the contract, in whole or in part.
